Blackbone aims to make blackbone.eu usable by people with disabilities. WCAG and EN 301 549 inform this work, alongside the European Accessibility Act and applicable Romanian requirements where they apply to a service.
1. Our approach
Accessibility is part of design and development: semantic structure, readable text, labelled controls, keyboard access, visible focus and alternatives for informative images. User feedback helps identify barriers that automated checks may miss.
2. Current status
The English website is adapted from blackbone.ro. A complete independent accessibility conformance assessment of this new edition has not been completed, so this statement does not claim full WCAG conformance or testing with every assistive technology.
3. Areas to review
The website includes motion and visual effects. Decorative visuals should not carry essential information, and reduced-motion preferences should be respected. Product screenshots, linked third-party services and downloadable documents may have their own accessibility limitations.
4. Feedback and assistance
If a page or form prevents you from completing a task, please tell us the page address, the task and the browser or assistive technology involved. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other sensitive information.
Email accesibilitate@blackbone.ro or contact@blackbone.ro. Phone: +40 750 493 888. We aim to respond within five working days and discuss an accessible alternative while the issue is investigated.
5. Further steps
If our response does not resolve the issue, the competent authority depends on the service and applicable accessibility rules. Information is available from Romania's National Authority for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
6. Updates
This statement will be revised as the website changes and accessibility reviews are completed.
