Blackbone primarily provides business software, AI, cloud and consulting services. This corporate website is not itself an online platform. Where a Blackbone service qualifies as an intermediary or hosting service, the obligations applicable under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) are assessed for that service.
1. Contact point
Authorities and users may contact abuse@blackbone.ro in English or Romanian. Blackbone SRL is established in Romania, in the European Union.
2. Report illegal content
If you believe content hosted by a Blackbone service is illegal, send the exact location, an explanation of why it is illegal, any supporting information and a statement that your report is accurate and complete. Include contact details unless an applicable exception permits otherwise. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Handling reports
We acknowledge reports without undue delay, assess the reported content and decide whether action is warranted. Where required, the reporter and affected content provider receive the decision and its reasons. Measures may include removal, restriction or no action after review.
4. Reasons and review
Where the DSA requires a statement of reasons, it identifies the measure, relevant facts and legal or contractual grounds, and available redress. Affected users can contact abuse@blackbone.ro for review. The published internal target is 14 days, subject to the applicable service procedure and legal requirements.
5. Further redress and abuse
Where applicable, users may approach a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body. Repeated, manifestly unlawful content or clearly unfounded reports may lead to proportionate restrictions following the required warning and assessment. Statutory remedies remain available.
6. Transparency and authorities
Transparency reporting follows the obligations applicable to the service and any relevant exemptions. Romania's Digital Services Coordinator is ANCOM. Further information is available from the European Commission.
