These terms govern use of blackbone.eu. Individual services are governed by the written proposal, contract or statement of work agreed with the customer. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Service provider
Blackbone SRL, Chiajna, Ilfov, Romania. Tax ID: 54833093. Trade Register: J2026036807008. Email: contact@blackbone.ro. Phone: +40 750 493 888.
2. Website use
By using this website, you agree to these website terms. Information on the website describes our capabilities and products; it is not a binding commercial offer. A project begins under a separately accepted proposal or agreement.
3. Services and contracting
Blackbone provides software development, automation, AI integration, cloud, security and consulting services, primarily to business customers. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timetable, acceptance criteria and support are specified in writing for each engagement.
4. Prices, invoices and payment
Prices may be quoted in EUR or RON. Applicable taxes and the invoicing currency are stated in the offer and invoice. Milestone billing and payment terms are set in the contract; unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days. Contractually applicable late-payment charges and Romanian e-invoicing requirements apply. The written offer determines the tax treatment of the particular supply.
5. Intellectual property
Unless the contract states otherwise, rights in bespoke deliverables transfer to the customer after full payment. Blackbone may retain and reuse generic components, methods and know-how without disclosing customer confidential information. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their licences. Website text, graphics and other materials may not be reproduced without permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate information and the access needed for the agreed work. Use services lawfully, respect intellectual property and third-party rights, and provide feedback and approvals within the agreed timetable. Abusive automation, interference with services and unlawful use are prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Confidential business and technical information is protected during the engagement and, unless otherwise agreed, for at least three years after it ends. A separate non-disclosure agreement may specify additional obligations. Statutory duties concerning personal data and protected information continue as applicable.
8. Liability
For business engagements, any liability cap and exclusions are governed by the signed contract. Unless that contract or mandatory law provides otherwise, the service terms limit aggregate liability to the amounts invoiced for the relevant engagement in the preceding 12 months and exclude indirect loss, lost profits, failures of customer-managed backups and events outside reasonable control. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination
Unless otherwise agreed, a continuing engagement may be ended with 30 days' notice. Completed work and committed costs remain payable. Material breach or payment more than 30 days overdue may permit termination or suspension under the contract and applicable law.
10. Website availability
The website is provided as available. Maintenance, security measures and third-party failures may interrupt access. Product availability, support and service levels are defined by the relevant product terms or service agreement.
11. Consumers
Where a customer acts as a consumer, mandatory rights under applicable consumer law take precedence, including pre-contract information, withdrawal where applicable and conformity remedies. Exceptions for completed services or digital content apply only when the relevant legal conditions are met. See Consumer Protection.
12. Disputes and applicable law
Please first contact us to seek an amicable solution, normally within 30 days. Romanian law governs business agreements unless agreed otherwise, with the competent courts determined by the contract and mandatory law. The main contractual language is Romanian unless the parties agree otherwise. For consumers, mandatory jurisdiction and governing-law protections remain available. Alternative consumer dispute resolution information is available from ANPC.
13. Updates and contact
Updates are published on this page. Changes to an existing contract follow that contract's amendment procedure. Contact: contact@blackbone.ro; privacy: dpo@blackbone.ro; security: security@blackbone.ro.
